NBL bags Rs 3 billion 40 crore as Net Profit
Aug 12, 2018Nepal Bank Limited has bagged Rs 3 billion 40 crore as net profit in the recent
past fiscal 074/075 B.S. The Bank has been successful to bag Rs 4 billion 21 crore
as operating profit. The Bank has accumulated the deposit worth of 99 billion 83
crore and disbursed 79 billion 63 crore during this period.

NBL expedites branch expansion
Aug 12, 2018In a bid to help the government of Nepal to attain its policy of enhancing financial
access and inclusiveness in the country, NBL has expedited branch expansion. The
Bank has established 9 branch offices in the recent past fiscal ; by this the total
number of NBL branch has reached to 139 and the district coverage has reached
to 56.Meanwhile the Bank has a plan to establish more 28 branches in the current
fiscal 075 /076.

Nepal Bank Limited opens Branches and Counters
March 4 2018 KathmanduIn course of expanding financial access and inclusiveness in the country Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) has been establishing / reinstating branches and counters in various places. ASBA service extended to all NBL branches
Oct 2 2017Nepal Bank Limited has started centralized ASBA service (Application Supported by Blocked Amount) to all of its depositors from all 134 branches of Bank .The Bank had started this service which eases the deposit customers to apply for IPOs, FPOs, Right Shares and Debentures under public offerings through their accessible branch ; till last year the service was available from the 88 branches of the Bank. Nepal Bank Limited at Rukumkot
Nov 28 2017 RukumNepal Bank Limited reinstated its 134th Branch at Rukumkot – a commercial hub in the eastern part of earlier Rukum District.The Branch was merged at Musikot branch of the Bank in Chaitra 3, 2056 B.S (under the period of armed conflict). The Branch was jointly inaugurated by Mr. Bhupendra Sapkota the Chief District Officer of Rukum and Mr. Gajendra Bahadur Oli – the District Coordination Committee, amidst a ceremony organized by the Bank in the presence of Mr. Lokendra Singh Rathaur the Manager of the Rukumkot Branch and local entrepreneurs and customers as well.
