Simraungadh the pride of Madhesh and the present day Nepal is dilapidated and decaying.
Simraungadh developed probably during the 9th century is the National Heritage of very high importance which could have been considered as International Heritage site. It was highly developed empire till the early 14th century when Muslim ruler Tughlak destroyed the city and the king Harisimhdev and his family fled to Kathmandu Valley.
We urge the government and the concerned Ministry to make plan for conservation and preservation of this historical site. Proper excavation of this archaeological site will reveal many important objects and artifacts.
We urge youths to protect Simraungadh from further dilapidation and conserve the site. This is your heritage and you should be proud of your history and culture.
